RiZe Abve was founded on a simple belief: as we work toward our own financial freedom, we should help others rise alongside us. Our journey began in Section 8 housing, driven by a passion for creating affordable housing opportunities for families in need. After experiencing setbacks and contractor fraud, we were forced to pivot and rethink our approach. What initially felt like a failure became the catalyst that led us to a more sustainable investment strategy.

By acquiring affordable homes and selling them in as-is condition, we eliminate many of the renovation risks that can impact traditional real estate projects. This model allows us to serve buyers who have the ability and desire to improve a home but may not qualify for conventional financing. By aligning the interests of investors, our company, and our buyers, we create opportunities that benefit everyone involved while expanding access to affordable housing.
